Crew Resource Managament (CRM)

Crew Resource Management CRM(EKY); It includes management resources of the cockpit for a secured flight. It also embodies Cockpit crew , cabin crew , technicians , flight engineers , ground attendant , dispatchers and technical equipment of the plane which might affect the flight safety. 

CRM : Crew Resource Management 

In aviation crew resource management embodies passengers during flight , information , time and equipment which are going to be used effectively is going to be done safely during flight. 

Crew: Cockpit and cabin crew , air traffic controllers , dispatchers and maintenance staff. 

Resouce: Person , information , time and equipment.
